Product Sales Manager
Eaton's ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Product Sales Manager.
This role is located in our Waukesha, WI site. No relocation assistance will be provided.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $130000 - $190000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

What you'll do:
The Product Sales Manager leads the commercial direction of the voltage regulator product line, guiding product specialists and application engineers in developing proposals, managing orders, and supporting regional technical needs. The role serves as the key link between Sales, Engineering, and customers to support negotiations, align requirements, and drive profit plan goals.
In this role you will:
- Represent the product line in customer presentations. Clear and concise messaging, highlighting the value we provide. You will be responsible for protecting the product line's reputation in decisions concerning business policy, concessions and compromises.
- Lead price objective achievement for the product line by developing price strategies to meet profit plan needs. Develop segment and channel price band for annual profit planning purposes. - Interact directly with field sales to execute on annual orders plan and monthly forecasts.
- Lead demand forecast into monthly and longer-term sales/production planning process.
- Advise management, engineering, and product development on market changes in customer requirements of service, product features, industry standards, and competitive product offerings.
- Provide input to strategic planning, road-mapping, and profit planning processes.
- Provide training for sales specialists in the fundamental tasks of their present position. Offers additional training that allows expansion of specialists' responsibility and provides foundation for career advancement.
- Guide and motivate the sales specialists to secure profitable orders in targeted segments and advise in decision-making process.
- Learn and understand applicable industry standards i.e. ANSI, IEEE, CSA, NEMA for Transformers
- Provide plant tours as needed.

Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, sales/marketing from an accredited institution.
- Five (5) years of marketing, sales, or operational experience in the electrical industry.
- Two (2) years of people management experience
- One (1) year of experience using ERP and quotation systems.

Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA from an accredited institution.
- Five (5) years of experience with electric utility and Commercial & Industrial customers and channels.
- Experience with overhead and/or underground voltage regulator applications and grid protection.
- Experience working with international customers and sales channels.
Skills:
- Knowledge of electric power voltage regulators and their components and accessories.
- Knowledge of typical applications, equipment, systems, and standards for electric power voltage regulators.
- Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal, problem solving and decision-making skills to support internal and external contacts within a multi-cultured environment.
- Detail oriented, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and work to deadlines with a high degree of accuracy.
- Proficient using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), SAP or other ERP related system and the ability to utilize such tools to analyze data and solve routine problems.
- Must be very customer and commercial centric.
