What you'll do:
- The product manager is taking charge of product management, promotion, pricing. Here is the specific responsibility for the development of low-voltage busbar products in PDSS APAC. The individual will own the product. Working with front office (sales, BD) to drive new product development and promotion.
- Taking charge of Planning, organizing of new product development with following product strategy plan. Drive the new product robust features, time to market, as well as cost effectiveness.
- Be responsible for IEC project promotion, including training, tools preparation, configuration, quotation, and technical support.
- Support the key customer project and its relationships.
- Supporting team to develop selling tools, promotion events, like conference, seminar with cooperation team.
- Be responsible for product operation & installation manuals, catalogue, Brochure, competitive comparison and taking part of customer voice collection.
- Support to prepare the product training documentations/workshop; Develop/Deploy common reporting tools.
- Support costing team with robust quotation tools.
- Supporting the pricing strategy/positioning of product in different regions / segments. Drive product profitability. Assist sales to opportunity negotiation.
- Customer focus - supporting product performance issues management.
- Working with project team/plant to ensure project execution and deliver on time with quality insurance.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- At least 10 years related experience in engineering or system or similar role within the industry.
- Familiar with power distribution products, especially the application of busbar products. Busbar industry experience is a plus, not a must
- Familiar with GB, IEC standard, as well as regional market access rules
- Strong Independent problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication skills and an outgoing, cheerful personality.
- Proficient demonstration skills, customer oriented
- Self-starter, strong initiative, and positive attitude
- Creative Thinking and fluent English skills, Chinese speakers preferred.
- Working experience in large enterprises and busbar industry experience are preferred.
