Product Line Manager MV Switchgear

Eaton's Medium Voltage (MV) Switchgear portfolio is a critical part of our Energy Solutions organization, covering Primary & Secondary switchgear technologies. The business is in a high-growth phase, with ambitious plans to expand the portfolio, enter new markets, and increase revenues.

What you'll do:

Due to a recent growth, we are now seeking a Product Line Manager - MV Switchgear to take full ownership of product strategy, portfolio, pricing, and lifecycle management across EMEA. This is a senior leadership role with end-to-end accountability.

Location: Hengelo (Netherlands), Bonn (Germany), Budapest (Hungary), Slough (UK), Istanbul ( Turkey), Prague (Czech Republic), Milan (Italy).

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end product strategy for MV Switchgear Product Line
• Define and execute portfolio, pricing, and lifecycle strategies
• Lead and develop a team of 7-10 (Product Managers, Product Configurators, Partner Enablement Managers)
• Drive innovation, new product introductions, and market entry
• Own P&L, forecasting, and margin performance
• Collaborate closely with R&D, Sales, Operations, and global stakeholders
• Lead transformation and growth initiatives to expand market share

• Extensive experience in Medium Voltage Switchgear is a strong preference
• 10+ years' experience in product, business, or general management roles
• Proven track record in product ownership, pricing, and portfolio growth

• Experience leading teams in a global, matrix environment
• Strong commercial and strategic mindset
