Product Line Manager
What you'll do:
Responsible for product line management of PD&C(Power Distribution & Control) product Line including Panel/Junction box/ control station and Switch of APAC
"Lead the PD&C team in developing and executing product line strategies and lifecycle management initiatives. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1.Industry & Market Analysis
Conduct comprehensive industry outlook assessments and analyze business trends across market segments.
Identify and cultivate opportunities in emerging industry sectors.
2.Competitive Intelligence & Product Planning
Perform in-depth competitive landscape analysis and collect Voice of Customer (VOC) insights.
Develop multi-generational product development plans and product roadmaps tailored to APAC market needs.(MGPP)
3.Growth Strategy Development & Execution
Define and implement annual product growth strategies aligned with regional and global business objectives.
4.Product Commercialization & Pricing Strategy
Lead product launch initiatives, pricing strategy formulation, and execution.
Develop and deliver training programs for sales teams and key customers.
Manage internal and external communication strategies, including advertising, promotional campaigns, sales enablement tools, digital marketing initiatives, and lead generation activities.
5.Strategic Project Pursuit
Drive mega project pursuits, including the creation and execution of bidding strategies.
6.Cross-functional Collaboration
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product cost structures and ensure alignment with business goals.
7.Team Leadership & Development
Manage and develop the PD&C team, including coaching, performance development, and resource planning.
8.Operational Execution
Oversee day-to-day operations such as New Product Introduction (NPI) project execution, technical support, quotation management, quality issue resolution, catalog updates, customer visits, seminars, and exhibitions.
9.Additional Responsibilities
Lead the team in fulfilling tasks assigned by the Marketing and APAC Management teams."
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or above
Minimum of 5 years of relevant PLM experience, including at least 3 years in a electrical pannel board experience
Skills:
Electrical background is must

2. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
3. Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and geographies.
4. Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
5. Proficiency in English (written and verbal), with strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
6. High level of market awareness and a customer-centric mindset."
