Procurement Manager
Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Procurement Manager. This role will take place at our facility in El Paso, TX.

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead our team of Senior Buyers and Buyer Assistants. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our Supply Chain Team has the necessary information and materials to deliver exceptional service to both internal and external customers. This role requires a collaborative approach, working closely with other departments to make informed decisions that balance inventory and freight costs.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $113000 - $165000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

What you'll do:
- Team Leadership & Goal Setting: Manage and lead a team of Senior Buyers and Buyer Assistants, fostering a collaborative environment and supporting team goals.
- Supply Chain & Inventory Management: Drive supply chain improvements, supervise raw material inventory levels, and set control guidelines.
- Material Planning & Monitoring: Use SIOP and Customer Service data for material planning and forecasting, and track inventory transactions.
- Supplier Relations & Negotiation: Create commodity plans, negotiate with suppliers, and conduct supplier analysis and cost-benefit evaluations.
- ERP Utilization & Issue Resolution: Use ERP systems and Lean methodology for procurement planning, and address invoice and receipt discrepancies promptly.
- Procedure Evaluation & Process Adherence: Recommend improvements for purchasing functions and adhere to standard departmental processes.
Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
- Completed Bachelor's degree from accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain.
- Minimum of 2 years of leader of people experience.
- No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates that currently reside within 50 miles of the El Paso, TX facility will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering from accredited institution.
- 9+ years of experience working in supply chain including procurement.
- At least 2 years of experience working in a manufacturing / industrial environment.
- C.P.M. /CPSM or CPIM /CSCP certification (APICS/ISM)
