Procurement and Logistics Specialist

What you'll do:
- SCM in purchase order, customs & logistic affairs. To support MTL China team to achieve annual sales target.
- Make and send purchase orders to the foreign or domestic suppliers daily.
- Adjust PO's date to satisfy the dynamic sales order change, CSR or sales team's request daily.
- Communicate with foreign suppliers, push delivery, issue drop shipment instruction, and deal with shortage, repairing, replacement and return issues.
- Forecast and control the shipment receipt and inventory wisely for each month.
- Make various import or export documents, shipping advice to the receiver, customs broker or international forwarder.
- Other affairs related to SCM, Shanghai office, or as supervisor instructed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree majored in SCM, International Trade related subjects
- 3+ years related work experience in SCM, International Trade, Customs affairs
- Strong International Trade, Excel, SAP knowledge
- Fluent Writing and speaking English, office software
