What you'll do:

• Responsible for designing and introducing process flows for new products, ensuring smooth pilot runs and mass production.
• Transfer developed process technologies to mass production; prepare SOP, FMEA, and related documentation.
• Act as Lot Owner to handle unexpected production issues promptly; perform failure analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with process, equipment, quality teams, and customers to drive project progress.

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Above 3 years Industrial Engineering.
• Good communcation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good English reading and writing skills.
• Poactive, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.
• Builds effective collaboration across teams to achieve common goals.
• Able to work under pressure and eager to learn.
• Highly initiative-driven with flexibility to adapt quickly in a matrix organization.
• Works effectively with cross-functional teams to meet targets within tight timelines.
