President, Global Energy Infrastructure Solutions
What you'll do:
Role Overview:
The President, Global is the senior executive accountable for the overall performance, growth, and long term value creation of Global Energy Infrastructure Solutions (GEIS) worldwide. This role has full responsibility for global P&L results for a $2B business, encompassing approximately 5,000 employees across 28 manufacturing locations and a broad global footprint.
Operating within a complex, global matrixed environment, this role sets the strategy and drives disciplined execution across operating plans, portfolio priorities, capital allocation, and resource deployment. A core expectation of the role is active portfolio management-making informed trade offs across regions, markets, products, facilities, and investments to balance near term performance with long term growth and value creation.
The President, Global builds and leads a high performing global leadership team, ensures strong succession and organizational capability, and fosters a culture of accountability, ownership, engagement, and safety. The role also includes personal ownership of senior level global customer relationships, leadership of global go to market and channel strategies (direct, distributor, and agent), and representation of GEIS with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders worldwide.
Success is measured by sustained financial performance, strong leadership bench strength, operational excellence across the global footprint, and a values based culture that scales globally.
Essential functions:
- Lead global performance and profitability, with full accountability for worldwide P&L results and long term value creation.
- Set and execute enterprise strategy, aligning regions, businesses, and functions around clear priorities and disciplined execution.
- Drive operational excellence across a multi site global manufacturing and solutions footprint, improving productivity, margin, quality, and safety.
- Build and lead a high performing global leadership team, ensuring strong succession, organizational capability, and leadership effectiveness.
- Represent GEIS externally with direct and indirect customers, partners, and industry stakeholders, while fostering a culture of accountability, ownership, engagement, and safety worldwide.
- Operate as an enterprise leader within Eaton and represent GEIS externally, partnering with sector, corporate, and functional leaders and serving as a visible executive presence with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders. Model enterprise-level leadership judgment, exercising discretion in matters with material financial, operational, reputational, or organizational impact.

- Bachelors degree required, MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 15 years of progressive experience in business leadership in operations, finance, sales, marketing, or engineering.
- 5 years of direct P&L ownership at scale, including portfolio or multi business responsibility.
- Prior leadership experience with customers in the Commercial Construction, O&G, Chemical, Data Center and Industrial
- Experience managing diverse portfolios with mixed growth, margin, and maturity profiles.
- Experienced leading through direct and indirect channels, including distributors and agents, with strong commercial and customer credibility.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $375,000-$550,000 This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
