We are seeking a Power Distribution Services Solution Application Engineer to join our Regional Services Business Unit.

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the evolution of Eaton's Medium Voltage (MV) switchgear portfolio, with a focus on enhancing aftermarket solutions and services.

You will lead cross-functional projects to ensure the continued availability and technical excellence of MV switchgear products, working closely with R&D, Marketing, and manufacturing teams.

You will be responsible for coordinating technical activities, optimizing supply chains for critical components, and ensuring seamless support for retrofit, extension, and replacement solutions. After the initial project phase, you will become the primary technical and application support contact for the Sales team, providing expert guidance on retrofits, extension panels, spare parts, and replacements for MV products.

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects to enhance the aftermarket support and technical excellence of Eaton's Medium Voltage (MV) switchgear portfolio.
• Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, and manufacturing teams to ensure product availability and continuous improvement of aftermarket solutions.
• Optimize supply chains and technical processes for critical MV switchgear components and services.

• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to align technical solutions with business objectives and customer needs.
• Maintain strong communication with manufacturing and engineering teams to support seamless project execution.

• Serve as the primary technical expert for the Turkish Sales team, supporting offers for retrofits, extension panels, spare parts, and replacements for MV products.
• Provide application engineering support, including technical proposals, solution design, and troubleshooting for aftermarket solutions.
• Conduct site assessments and technical evaluations as needed.

• Gather feedback from customers and sales teams to drive continuous improvement in aftermarket offerings.
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and support materials for the EMEA market.

• Ensure all solutions and processes comply with Eaton's safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Promote best practices in project management and technical support.

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field
• Strong knowledge of Medium Voltage (MV) switchgear systems (required)
• Experience in project or program management, ideally within an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in Turkish and English (required)
