Powder Coat Painter - 3rd Shift

Eaton's ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is currently seeking a Powder Coat Painter - 3rd Shift at our Omaha, NE site!
Shift hours: 8pm - 6:30am Monday - Thursday (Sunday overnight - Wednesday overnight)
This is a full time, direct hire position, with no high school diploma or previous experience required. Apply today if you are interested in starting your career in manufacturing!
The hourly rate for this position is $18.00 per hour, plus a $1/ hour increase for 3rd Shift Premium.

What you'll do:

For this position of Powder Coat Painter, you are responsible for preparing and painting fabricated parts in preparation for their final installation. This position works closely with other team members that rely upon one another to meet high quality standards.

In this function you will:
• Wash parts and prepare parts for powder coating process
• Stage parts and push parts through the oven
• Utilize lift assist for heavier parts while loading and unloading parts
• Complete work off ladders and in tight spaces.
• Focus on quality, customer service, safety, productivity.
• Perform other tasks as requested and be flexible to move to other areas

Qualifications:

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience in powder coating or painting in a manufacturing environment
