Job Summary

The AC POD Integration Manager will drive supplier development, system integration, and factory testing execution for Eaton's IEC POD program across APAC. Working as a peer to the AC POD Product Manager and AC POD DSX Modeling Specialist within the APAC Architecture team, this role will partner with internal BUs (CPS, PDSS, CPC, JVs such as Yineng, Transformer JV) and APAC Sourcing to identify, qualify, and develop competitive integration partners that enable scalable, cost-effective POD delivery with rigorous L3 & L4 integration testing.

Job Responsibilities

  • Integration Partner Strategy (Priority #2) - Identify, evaluate, and develop competitive third-party integration partners in APAC capable of POD skid assembly, integration, and factory witness testing.
  • Sourcing Collaboration - Work jointly with APAC Sourcing to audit, qualify, and approve common suppliers; support negotiation of technical scope, capacity commitments, and quality agreements.
  • L3 & L4 Testing Ownership - Define and maintain Level 3 (integrated unit) and Level 4 (full POD system) test protocols, including FAT scripts, witness testing, and pre-commissioning procedures.
  • Cross-BU Coordination - Align with ANZ, EA, CPS, PDSS, CPC, Yineng JV, and Transformer JV to ensure integrated POD scope, interface control documents, and delivery cadence.
  • Quality & Compliance - Drive IEC compliance, supplier quality audits, NCR resolution, and continuous improvement of integration yield and lead time.
  • Cost & Lead Time Optimization - Benchmark against competitors and drive cost-down, faster onsite deployment, and factory pre-testing as competitive levers.
  • Peer Collaboration - Collaborate closely within regional solution architecture team to ensure supplier integration strategy stays aligned with product definition and reference design.
  • Project Execution Support - Support delivery of flagship hyperscale projects (Firmus, NextDC, DayOne) from integration through site handover.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
  • 8-12 years of experience in electrical system integration, switchgear/UPS factory operations, EPC project execution, or supplier development.
  • Strong knowledge of IEC standards, FAT/SAT testing protocols, and modular data center delivery models.
  • Demonstrated supplier qualification and audit experience in APAC manufacturing base (China, India, SEA).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience with prefabricated modular data center (PMDC) or skid-based power solutions.
  • Exposure to hyperscale customer FAT and commissioning standards.
  • Familiarity with Eaton or competitor POD/PowerXpert offerings.
  • PMP, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification a plus."

Softskills

  • Proven ability to manage technical-commercial trade-offs with sourcing, quality, and BU stakeholders.
  • Experience in APAC markets and multi-country collaboration.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin."
