PDSS Solution Sales Manager
What you'll do:
To Provide Site Service Support function such as Installation, Testing and Commissioning for Power Distribution Equipment and Assembly
To Provide Technical & Commercial Support to Team Member on Proposal and Project Pursuit
Needs also to have the capability to do some sales pursuit as well as support the team on offer generation.
1. Develop and execute sales plans to meet performance expectations and requirements
2. Create and deliver sales presentations to deliver compelling value proposition of our service offerings
3. Build lasting relationships with key customers within assigned geography to enhance long term business prospects
4. Prepare and present sales proposals based on customer need and expectations
5. Execute all phases of the selling process to ensure effective and timely customer service and response.
6. Sell assigned services platforms to targeted customers in designated geography with the objective of optimizing volume, mix, and profitability
7. Provide on-going support to target customers as they upgrade their facilities to insure customer satisfaction and garner new business.
8. Calling on electrical engineers at related consulting firms across the assigned sales territory to assist with technical design and position Eaton related products in a preferred position
9. Act as pre-sales "technical consultant" to identify and present the appropriate Eaton solutions to target customers
10. Support all aspects of the relationship with assigned Contractors/OEM's/Distributors/ Consultants/System Integrators within the assigned area of responsibility. Call on consultants regularly to promote specification of Eaton products in projects
11. Collect, analyze and utilize market intelligence data on competitive products, customer needs, preferences and buying habits
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor Degree
About 10-15 years of relevant experience
Skills:
1. Knowledge of Power Distribution Products & Solution low voltage, medium voltage products and systems as well as control and electrical design. Knowledge in ANSI NEMA Switchgear is a Plus
2. Fluent in written and spoken English. Fluent in Spoken Chinese
3. Takes initiative and instills confidence in peers and customers
4. Strong organization and project management skills
5. Ability to respond to a variety of challenging circumstances
6. Significant Electrical Product/Services Knowledge
7. Strong Presentation/Training and Communication Skills
8. Significant experience utilizing Value Added Selling techniques
9. Ability to work well within a team
10.Strong Interpersonal Skills
11. Excellent verbal and written communications skills
12. Proficient English skills in verbal and written
13. Strong organizational/time management skills and close attention to detail.
14. Strong commitment to deliver value to the business & customer
