PD&C Design Manager

What you'll do:

• This position is primarily responsible to lead a team for developing Explosion proof of new product(NPI Product) and technical support for application engineers & manufacturing.
• Panel boards and control stations equipments, Ex lighting fixture;
• To be responsible for system design and development of panel boards , control stations , P&R equipments, lighting fixtue, for explosion proof field application, to comply with marketing and customer requirements;
• Take lead to complete NPI products develop and management, coordinate cross function team include marketing, application engineering, sourcing, quality and manufacturing team. To meet the cost and timeline request for market;

Qualifications:

• Bachelor above
• Ten years above
• Mechanical design & electrical system design
• Familiar with explorsive products and market and application
• Familiar with panel system design, and control station design
• Experience of electrical equipment, establish electrical design standards and specifications.
• Design Ex Panel system and electrical control system, select electrical components and draw electrical drawings base on customer requirements
• Professional Solution by selecting correct MCB, RCD, contactor etc base on reqirement and finish layout design
• Familiar with Stainless steel welding
• Familiar with sealing compound application
• Mechanical or structural design experience is a plus.
• Electrical panel system design experience is a plus.
• Familiar with SolidWork software, AutoCAD is a plus.
• Familiar with New Product Develop process.
• Good project management and presentation skill.
• Strong problem analyzing and shooting skills, strong responsibility and self-motivation.
• EPLAN& Solidworks & auto CAD
