PD Channel Sales Manager

We are looking for a Channel Sales Manager for our Power Distribution(PD) business in Eaton's Electric business, based in Indonesia. What you'll do:
The primary function of the job is to manage all sales efforts within the country, either direct or through partners, and achieve annual sales and growth targets.
A. Achieve sales revenue target in the assigned country for Power Distribution (e.g. ACB, MCCB, switchboard) business.
B. Develop & Build strong relationship with stake holder, distributors, Low Voltage witchboard panel builder, ME contractors, consultants and End User .
C. Identifying, developing, and growing strategic channel partners and alliances to expand market reach.

D. Accelerate revenue growth and strengthen the company's go to market execution.
E. Develop and implement plans to increase market-share and profitability of products and services (value-based concept)
F. Work with marketing primes to implement the company's marketing communication strategy to sustain the brand image
G. Analyse the market and provide market intelligence to the management on a regular basis
H. Leverage all other EATON team members and CE- firms to surround the customer and increase EATON's share of wallet in the "Named Account"
I. Mobilise EATON resources to close projects and create satisfied customers
J. Develop a multi-tiered relationship with the customers' organization
K. Comply with bid review process
L. Provide bid management documents in accordance with policies and process requirements
M. Maintain a cooperative working relationship with all other Eaton departments, focusing on providing a high level of customer satisfaction both internally and externally
N. Perform all job functions with adherence to Eaton's Philosophy and Values.
O. Continually review and deploy go-to-market strategies to drive exponential growth for Eaton business
P. To be committed & responsible for Quality Management System:
a. Implement the process approach and risk-based thinking
b. Provide the necessary support to fully implement and sustain the QMS
c. Communicating to the organization the importance of conforming to QMS requirements
d. Ensuring the QMS meets its goals
e. Engage, direct, and support individuals contributing to the QMS
f. Create a culture of continuous improvement
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
A. 5+ years of sales experience
B. 4+ years sales experience in channel management
Skills:
A. market orientation in data centre, industrial, building, residential & retail sectors
B. Knowledge of electrical low and systems as well as control and electrical design.
C. Product knowledge in Power distribution
D. Experience with specific segment, e.g. Panel builder, system integrator and ME contractor, end user and Consultants .
