We are seeking an experienced Panel Builders Channel Engineer to develop and lead the Strategy and actions for Panel Builders channel growth for Eaton in KSA.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and lead the Strategy and actions for Panel Builders channel growth for Eaton in KSA
  • Define and implement the strategy for Panel Builders channel for Eaton in KSA, to drive channel effectiness, support to achieve the country target
  • Manage the assigned partners agreement in coordination with country organization, legal and Marketing teams
  • Develop and utilize the commercial dashboards for performance assessment activities for channel partners. Implement necessary actions for perfomance improvement
  • Weekly pipeline review with the panel builderss in coordination with the sales team
  • Support the team in the demand creation for Eaton channel partners
  • Work with the product mangersArrange panel builder trainings in coordination with the product managers and application engineering teams
  • Early engagement with the panel builders to maximize Eaton chances in winning jobs
  • Identify, qualify and recruit new channel partners in coordination with the Channels manager to cover the targetted segments and insure channel targets are met
  • Coordinate with Sales, and pricing team for project specific ,commercial support
  • Define with sales team the key targets per account (Sales, segments, ..etc) and ensure they are achieved , implement regular follow-up mechanism and related support actions
  • Coordinate with the Panel Builders for smooth execution of Projects
  • To represent Eaton along with Panel Builders for any Project delivery discussions/review with Customers
  • Support the initiative of Localization as needed
  • Assessment of the existing panel builders, recommend actions and development plans

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor / Master degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 7+ years expereince leading and managing Panel Builders channels business in KSA or Gulf region
  • Electrical Distribution, Switchboard Business, sales and marketing experience

Skills:

  • Good presentation skills, strong technical knowledge of LV Switchgear, especially ACBs ,MCCBs, controls, Switchboard systems and Assemblies
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Should be willing to travel frequently to KSA
  • Ability to understand & guide the Panel Buuilders for process improvements
  • Thorugh hands on experience in End to End Project execution of LV Switchgear including Estimation, Design & Assembly
  • Fluent in English. Arabic is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabia market and panel builder channels including knowledge on Channels and competition
  • Should have excellent communication skills and team playing capabilities
  • Business development, sales and/or product marketing experience
  • Proven project management skills with full understanding of all process/stake holders
  • Ability to understand & guide the Panel Buuilders for process improvements
