Panel Builder Onboarding Engineer - IEC LV assemblies

What you'll do:
As part of our overall ambitious growth for low voltage switchgear assemblies across EMEA, across multiple segments, we would expect to see an expotential growth on new partners being introduced into the Eaton partner program.The core focus of this role is to efficiently and effectively enable panel builder partners to achieve growth objectives in their target markets. The Panel Builder Operations Onboarding Engineer will be responsible for selecting, evaluating and onboarding of Panel Builder partners, proactively drive Panel Builder incoming project orders. This person will work with sales organizations & segment teams to successfully drive Panel Builder growth by providing the application expertise and managing the network of Panel builder partners, IEC Low Voltage assemblies. Providing and executing of detailed components, systems, software tools, IEC Standard, partner portal and technical documentation trainings for external partners. Managing of partner network communication, Partner events, Partner tracking and Partner certification.
- Support sales organizations with visits of panel builders globally to drive the pre-selection and onboarding process
- Manage panel builder trainings, systems and software tools and define product assortment for the panel builder partners
- Manage onboarding of license partner agreements to ensure succesfull knowledge transfer
- Liaise and collaborate with Partner program managers and CSO for initial price setting, certiification, business & marketing plans to accelerate partner growth
- Manage supply chain activation for partners
- Provide market and customer feedback to product lines
- Support sales organizations with application knowledge in organizing partner project orders, external and internal.
- Proactive communication to Sales order Entry departments, Service Order management department, Distribution Center and Plants.
- Expert user of Eaton IT and Software tools, C360, AR app, xEnergy Configurator, Bidmananger, Hololens, PowerBI, Daylight, MS Planner, etc.)
Qualifications:
- University degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years related experience with Panel builders
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of IEC LV assembly products and applications
- Project management skills
- Experience in direct contact and negotiations with customers, global preferred
- Fluent speaking and writing in English, German is a plus
- Intercultural awareness
- Good Communication and presentation skills
- Self motivated, takes initiative and influencing skills
