Eaton's Critical Power Solution - Data Center Power Distribution division, is currently seeking an Order Fulfillment Manager to join our team. This position is based in Richmond, VA or Santa Ana, CA.

As an Order Fulfillment Manager, you will provide leadership and strategy across the DCPD (Data Center Power Distribution) team, driving accountability to customer commitments. This will require influence of priorities, coordination of cross-functional teams and a holistic view of customer orders execution.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $129000 - $190000 a year.

What you'll do:

• Review quote activity (bidman) and order entry to understand demand, incoming orders, programmatic buys, to appropriately balance prioritization and communications. Leverage cross-functional skills to influence order prioritization through engineering, supply chain, operations, testing, and logistics.
• Collaborate closely with Operations to proactively identify current and future capacity, including potential bottlenecks, to align demand plans with operational capabilities.
• Review and maintain lead times/status of customer orders in the system.
• Identify critical long lead time components and trigger sourcing teams based on plan for every part strategy.
• Coordinate costing, master data and forecasting efforts during ETO design phase.
• Coordinate with scheduling and buyers on priorities based on customer demand.
• Establish and maintain SAP forecast data with MOM/Quarterly reviews.
• Review commitments and monitor schedule attainment of DCPD product lines.
• Facilitate cross-functional reviews with engineering, customer service, supply chain, operations, and systems test to ensure accurate commitments to customers for engineer to order solutions.
• Calibrate regularly with Product Management, Demand Planning & Operations to understand current backlog and necessary lead-times due to material availability or general capacity.
• Work proactively to remove roadblocks and mitigate risks after order entry through final logistics to avoid unnecessary delays for the customer.
• Participate actively in monthly financial forecasting and SIOP demand planning.
• Develop a strong cross functional team that acts with a customer first mindset, is influential within the manufacturing org, and is capable of clear, concise, and balanced external communications to a range of audiences (especially customers).

Qualifications:

Required (Basic) Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• 5 years of related experience in supply chain or operations
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:
• SAP Experience
• Experience in customer project management
• Project management certification
• Master's Degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field
• Previous experience in production scheduling in MTO and ETO manufacturing environment

Skills:

• Ability to demonstrate knowledge of ERP requirements and customer order processing
• Basic understanding of bill of materials, product costing, order entry, and typical supply chain functions.
• Ability to demonstrate problem solving and analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage and develop a team.
• Ability to present data effectively to support recommendations regarding supply/demand plan.
• Ability to adjust work priorities to meet continuously changing schedules.
• Maintaining sense of urgency to customers' requirements.
