OPEX&CI Manager

What you'll do:

1. 了解制造过程管理系统和工艺技术标准, 持续优化和改进制造过程管理, 以解决实际生产过程中的工艺问题。
2. 推动并部署精益 (Lean) / 六西格玛 (Six Sigma) 策略, 制定与业务战略和利润目标相链接的 SMART 实施计划。
3. 推动并领导持续改进活动, 在工厂订单履行流程中有效管理CI程序, 并具备必要的专业知识和技能。
4. 优化成本管理, 制定并实施有效的培训计划和 KAIZEN 项目, 覆盖组织各层级, 以帮助构建并维持持续改进的文化。
5. 将所有 EBS (Eaton Business System) 要素/工具的要求与 ELSS 的部署流程进行整合, 审查进度并确保收益得以持续。参与评估并跟进与 ECIS 密切相关的 EBS 要素/工具, 如: EQMS (质量管理系统) 、PROLaunch (新产品开发流程) 、EHS 与 MESH、物料管理、战略与年度计划、EBS Pull、OpA 等。
6. 支持工厂 I4.0 (工业 4.0) 战略规划, 并推动智能制造在工厂运营中的实施。
7. 负责建立和改进 MES 系统, 并支持制造优化。
8. 收集与持续改进 (CI) 相关的数据并跟踪其进展。

Qualifications:

本科及以上学历。
拥有5年精益生产等相关经验及团队管理经验优先。

具有 CPM 资格认证及六西格玛绿带者优先;能够在矩阵式组织中开展工作, 通过他人达成目标并推动变革。
具备良好的英文口语及书面表达能力;具备团队管理经验, 拥有强大的团队领导力, 良好的人际沟通能力, 并具备团队合作精神;具有良好的商业敏锐度和有效的谈判技巧;能够以事实和数据为基础进行管理, 并具备扎实的分析能力、创造性的解决问题能力及相关经验。
