What you'll do:

• Duration: Three years
• Rotations: Three unique twelve-month assignments designed to build broad experience in operations management across manufacturing and supply chain functions.
• Potential Assignments: Lean/continuous improvement, quality, project management, manufacturing engineering, supply chain management, operations project management, logistics, or services operations-depending on country and business unit placement.
• International Exposure: Two rotations will take place in different countries across the EMEA region.
• Program Start: The program begins with a Manufacturing Engineer role at our Ankara (Sincan) plant, a strategic location within Eaton's Medium- & Low-Voltage product portfolio in EMEA. In this role, you will support end-to-end manufacturing engineering activities-ranging from process optimization and NPI industrialization to digital technology deployment-while partnering closely with production, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations.
