NPI Quality Engineer

What you'll do:

End to End quality management for 3 Phase UPS product line, from new product development to mass production quality control to after service support and customer issue handling. Drive internal quality improvement and external customer experience.
1. Lead APQP activities in new product development, work with cross functional team to achieve zero defect launch.
2. Day to day quality control and management to improve manufacturing yield and reduce cost of non-conformance.
3. Conduct quality process audits to proactively identify and implement continue improvement opportunities.
4. Support after service pertaining quality related problems, work with after service team together to improve the process effiency and effectiveness.
5. Champion customer issue handling, lead problem solving and corrective action to tackle customer complaint, enhance customer statisfaction and experience through fast response, proactive communication, and effective problem solving and prevention.

Qualifications:

1.Bachalor and above 7+
2.ISO & industrial standard, QC tools, electric and UPS knowledge, Test
3.Effective communication skills, good written and oral English
