NPI Engineer

What you'll do:

1. To manage the industrialization of the new products according to PROLaunch- NPI tool .
2. To manage product transfer according to PROLaunch-STP tool.
3. To manage VAVE project according to PROLaunch-VAVE tool.
4. To manage 3D print requirements, gap analysis, action plan and implementation tracking;"
5. To manage project / program scope, risk, schedule, quality, MFG cost, burget, ect.
6. Weekly and monthly monitor project status and ensure all on the normal track with problem solving or leveraging
7. Acting as plant MFG window, to collaborate with cross functions or project team worldwide for new project introduction and achieve KPI goals such as Time to Market, % on Product Cost , % on Technical Spec,MFG automation%,ect.
8. Drive continuous improvements and optimize the operation efficiency or effectiveness of PROLaunch
9. To provide training and coaching to MFG team on project management skills if appropriate.
10.Provide 3D printing coaching and training to develop & sustain functional competency;
11.Understand the requirements, lead deployment throughout the plant, including gap analysis, action plan and implementation tracking;

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor's degree or above, major in industrial engineering or electronic / electrical engineering
2.More than 5 years of project management experience in power supply products
3.Proficient in project management tools such as Micorsoft Project, JIRA, etc.
4.Familiar with product development process and manufacturing process
5.Agile design or lean design thinking
6.PMP certificaiton is plus
