New Product Development Supervisor
What you'll do:
Lead the New Product Development (NPD) team through the PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) to SOP (Start of Production), ensuring timely execution, process readiness, and alignment with quality standards.
"NPD Project Leadership
• Lead the NPD team from PPAP to SOP phases, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and PPAP documentation readiness.
• Proactively manage risks and remove bottlenecks to ensure smooth production ramp-up.
Design Review & Technical Transfer
• Receive and review product designs and technical documentation from R&D to validate manufacturability and process feasibility.
• Facilitate effective technical handover from design to production.

• Establish manufacturing processes for new products and develop clear, standardized operating procedures (SOPs).
• Define critical process parameters and control points to support stable production.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with Quality, Production, R&D, and Planning teams to ensure on-time SOP execution and production readiness.
• Lead cross-functional meetings to align resources and schedules.
Quality Monitoring & Improvement
• Monitor defect rates during PPAP and SOP phases, analyze root causes, and drive corrective actions to meet quality targets.
• Support quality validation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Risk Management & Documentation
• Establish and maintain FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and Control Plans to ensure process stability and mitigate risks.
• Update documentation regularly to reflect process changes and improvements.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
• At least 3 years of proven leadership and team management experience.
• Good English communication and writing skills.
• Strong knowledge of PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, SOP development, and production launch processes"
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
8 years of experience in Engineering field and at least 3 years of proven leadership
Skills:
