National Sales Director - EOEM (Project-Based)
Eaton's Electrical Sector is hiring a National Sales Director - EOEM (Project-Based) in Shanghai, China. This position requires 50% travel.
What you'll do:
• Lead the national sales team for low-voltage electrical products and solutions in project-based markets.
• Drive strategic channel development, market expansion, and customer/channel engagement.
• Play a key role in major project bidding and resource coordination, with direct impact on company growth in China.
• Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement annual sales plans and market expansion strategies aligned with company objectives.
Monitor performance against targets and adjust strategies as needed.
• Project Sales Lead
Lead major project sales bidding, contract negotiation, and signing.
Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
• Market, Channel & Customer Management
Analyze industry trends and competitor activities in the low-voltage sector.
Develop key accounts and project opportunities, maintain long-term partnerships.
Drive new customer and channel development to increase market coverage.
• Team Leadership
Build and manage the national sales team, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and motivation.
Enhance team capability and execution efficiency.Foster talent development and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

• Budget & Cost Control
Prepare sales budgets, manage expenses, and improve profitability.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
Minimum 10 years in sales, with at least 5 years in low-voltage sales national management.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of low-voltage distribution products and solutions.
Excellent market analysis, client relationship management, and negotiation skills.
Goal& result-oriented, resilient under pressure.
Strong critical thinking, and analytical skills with a history of driving sales growth
Have strong entrepreneurship potential, influence, and leadership capability.
Experienced manager of people, with track record of managing large teams and developing sales talent and strong talent pipeline
Strong values and ethical background needed to have credibility operating in sales business.
Fluent in both English and Chinese, with strong communication skills.
