NAC Operational Excellence - Lead Analyst
Eaton's Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a NAC Operational Excellence - Lead Analyst.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $97000 - $143000 a year.

What you'll do:
We are currently seeking an NAC Operational Excellence. This position is based at our North American HQ in Beachwood, OH with hybrid work available. If candidate is not located within a 50 mile radius of Beachwood, OH relocation will be provided within the continental U.S.
Position Overview:
The North American Controllership (NAC) team ensures a robust control environment, delivers accurate and timely financial results, and lead the implementation of global accounting standardization strategies. These efforts are designed to streamline accounting processes and maintain strict compliance with U.S. GAAP and Eaton's financial policies. As part of Eaton's Global Finance organization, we are committed to becoming a best-in-class finance function. Continuous Improvement (CI) is a critical pillar of this strategy and a key driver of success.
The NAC Operational Excellence Lead Analyst is responsible for the hands-on execution of continuous improvement initiatives. The role focuses on delivering assigned CI projects, supporting process standardization, and enabling efficiency improvements across the organization. In addition, this position will champion education on the benefits of CI across controllership.
Job Responsibilities:
• Continuous Improvement Execution
• Execute assigned workstreams within CI initiatives under defined scope and direction.
• Perform detailed process mapping, data analysis, and root-cause identification to support solution development.
• Apply standard CI and problem-solving tools to implement improvements, not design enterprise frameworks.
• Validate improvements through data tracking and post-implementation reviews.
• Maintain detailed action logs, issue tracking, and execution dashboards for assigned initiatives.
• Support project managers and OpEx leadership with status updates, risk identification, and mitigation tracking.
• Execute user testing support, data validation, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, job aids, and training materials to support adoption and sustainment.
• Support benefits tracking related to efficiency, quality, and capacity improvements.
• Assist in documenting and reinforcing controls impacted by process changes.
• Support audit readiness by ensuring updated process documentation and standard work are maintained.
Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required.
• Minimum 3 yrs of experience with experience executing medium to large CI or process improvement initiatives.
• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
Preferred qualifications:
• Prior experience in finance or accounting preferred
• Lean / six sigma certification preferred.
Skills:
Position Criteria:
• Clear understanding of CI- Problem solving tools
• Working knowledge of end to end BPI process as a CI/Lean team member
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills, provides solutions and delivery, timely results.
• Process oriented and collaborative approach
• Able to understand regional process differences and support evaluation of standard practices under guidance.
• 10% travel required
