Mobility Product Finance Lead Analyst

Eaton's Mobility Group EMEA is currently seeking a Product Finance Lead Analyst to join our team in Turin, Italy, or in Bielsko-Biała or Tczew, Poland.

This position is responsible for managing product development finance for Mobility products. The role serves as a strategic business partner to the Valve Actuation product line leaders, ensuring strong global product line profitability. Key responsibilities include building business cases, profit models, and financial proposals for new business opportunities, as well as supporting product margin improvement across the Mobility portfolio through program management and cost optimization initiatives.

What you'll do:

  • Own the full product line P&L for Valve Actuation productsPartner with SCM/Operations Finance to manage product line Capex budgets and forecasts
  • Act as the primary finance partner for Mobility Business Unit Directors on product line profitability and growth
  • Develop and maintain business cases and cost models for new product development and business opportunities
  • Collaborate with plant finance and operations teams to validate assumptions and ensure alignment across regions and business units
  • Perform footprint, acquisition, and divestiture analyses as required
  • Support other Mobility product line finance leaders during peak workload or complex analyses
  • Oversee and support region-specific cost models and business opportunities developed by regional Commercial teams
  • Support regional teams in developing Profit Plan and Strategic Plan revenue targets
  • Ensure high-quality input data for product-level reporting and enforce best-practice assumptions
  • Contribute to the implementation of new financial management tools and reporting processes, seeking opportunities to enhance Mobility product finance practices
  • Promote a strong culture of financial controls, ethics, and compliance

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Engineering from an accredited institution. MBA, CPA, and/or CMA preferred.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of manufacturing accounting and finance principles, ideally gained within industrial manufacturing environments.
  • Approximately 5 years of experience in accounting, financial planning and analysis, or cost engineering.

Skills:

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Strong curiosity and openness to new tools and processes
  • Solid understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
  • Professional communication and presence
  • Strong knowledge of standard costing
  • Strong analytical and leadership skills
  • Ability to prepare and interpret financial and operational reports

Eaton announced, on January 26, 2026, the intent to separate its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and eMobility segments) into an independent, publicly traded company. We expect to complete the separation by the end of the first quarter of 2027.
