Materials Supervisor

What you'll do:
Take lead of planning, SIOP for all Wuxi business
• Lead CS team for customer on time delivery
• Lead MP to make sure all materials are available to meet production requirements in a timely manner
• Lead PP to for MPS and balance material flow to meet customer and optimize inventory
• Chair plant SIOP meeting and make sure production schedules are rectified, reconciled at the meeting
• Be responsible for all ERP HC and ensure system master data accuracy
• Regular review material key metric (DOH&OTD&E&O) and take quick action if missed target
• Customer and supplier management to reduce premium cost
• Assist department manager for data reporting and maintain different reporting systems to make sure that all forms of documentation are accurate and timely.
• Assist department manager for process (SIOP & customer management & material planning & Inventory management) review and optimize to meet business requirement
Lead planning team to fully engage project for material readiness and as material contactor to coordinate into material team to meet project requirement
• Backup as materials manager once absence
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
• More than 5 years' work experience in planning, and at least 2 years' experience of Auto industry
Skills:
• Good command in English communication
• Proficient in Oracle, MS-Office Software, such as Word, excel, PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skill
