Material Planner
Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Material Planner. This position will be based in El Paso, Texas.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $86000 - $126000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

In this role, you will manage the procurement of all production and non-production items consumed within your area of responsibility to support both short-term and long-term business objectives. You will hold overall responsibility for meeting customer requirements, overseeing production control, ensuring on-time delivery, and maintaining optimal finished goods inventory levels and reorder points.
You will provide Value Stream Mapping (VSM) support for the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process to help ensure business continuity. This role requires close collaboration with all manufacturing support functions, including Engineering, Production, and Quality Engineering.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Scheduling assembly and fabrication parts
- Managing order schedules and related tasks
- Leading and presenting action plans to improve key performance metrics
- Reviewing incoming demand with Value Stream Managers to align with business needs

Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum 3 years of supply chain, procurement, OR material experience required.
- No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates that currently reside within 50 miles of the EL Paso, TX facility will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or supply chain from an accredited institution
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in any Supply Chain Area.
- Minimum two (2) year of experience managing supplier relationships.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
- MRP system knowledge (MAPICS AS400)
- Engineering To Order (ETO) experience
