Master Scheduler
What you'll do:
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The Master Scheduler will manage the Master Scheduling process (MPS): Quoted Lead time, Order Scheduling, Order Promising and overall fulfillment. Working with SIOP/CSR/Demand Planning Team they will use proven leadership and change management skills to understand the overall Demand objectives and convert into an optimal Product Family unit and dollar forecast. They will manage processes related to capacity and service level forecasting (volume and mix), Available to Promise (ATP) logic, and capacity/constraint management. The Primary function of this role is to properly Schedule all assigned Product Line(s); balancing customer needs with manufacturing/supply chain constraints in order to maximize On-Time Delivery. This position will drive business process improvements and will be primarily successful through working relationships with Product Line Management, Inside Sales Reps., and Operations; as well as Engineering, Order Management, and Distribution channels.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
A. Develop and maintain master production schedule based on history and Marketing sales input.
B. Schedule demand from customer (external and internal) against the Master Schedule.
C. Work with CSR/Engineering to support new product development.
D. Provide customer support with order changes, lead time inquiries, expedites, and order status updates.
E. Maintain and publish product lead times for responsible product lines on weekly basis.
F. Develop and maintain planning parameters of materials for product lines managed.
G. Schedule Engineer to Order requirements with Engineering, Procurement and Manufacturing.

H. Manage material shortages, backlogs, quality issues by rearranging the production schedule.
I. Utilize Rough Cut Capacity Planning to refine schedule based on capacity/lead time constraints against forecast and booked orders.
J. Assist in the resolution of MRP and Planning discrepancies
K. Approve revised goods issue dates (RGID)
L. Develop integrated tools providing accurate information on timely manner, taking part to continuous improvement initiatives
M. Ensure that information used for planning of make item (MPS) is accurately set up and maintain in the system in order to provide reliable downstream information, making best use of Planning Parameters.
N. Effectively confronts employee performance and behavioral issues. Holds employees accountable with immediate feedback when desired behaviors and expectations are not being achieved.
O. Shows empathy towards employee issues by providing support, information, and counseling and in appropriate situations acting as an employee advocate by raising issues with management. Follows through on commitments made to employees.

Qualifications:
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:
• Undergraduate degree required in Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain preferred.
• 5 years experience in Production planning in the same industry sector
• Experience in Managing, Developing and Coaching People.
• Familiar with Forecasting tools
• APICS CPIM certification qualification or commitment to complete equivalent.
• Highly advanced analytical and cognitive skills.
• Experience in MRP, MPS, Min-Max tools.
• Experience in ERP systems
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Advanced in BI tools and database management (Microsoft Access, Power BI and similar)
• Advanced in Excel, able to develop spread sheets

- Place the dangerous residues (Gloves, cloths, etc.) in the assigned containers
- Maintain area clean and free of contaminants.
- Not waste of water or electricity.
- Identify and give adequate disposition to all chemical products, which can contaminate the environment.
- Acting immediately in chemists' discharge case.
- Ensure the rights containers for disposition of dangerous residues (identifying containers and containers to prevent discharge)
- Ensure the right storage of dangerous residues.
