What you'll do:

The Product Marketing Content Developer plays a key role within the Product Marcom Scrum Team. You will be responsible for creating and coordinating the development of high-quality product marketing assets using Agile Scrum methodology.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop engaging content aligned with Buyer Journey maps for various target personas, sectors, and Go-To-Market paths.
• Support new product introductions and drive growth across existing product ranges.
• Create and update marketing assets used in global promotional activities and campaigns.
• Coordinate daily with stakeholders including Engineering, Product Management, Segment Teams, Field Product Marketers, Sales, and Global Product Lines.
• Orchestrate development of global prime web pages and digital promotion content in alignment with the Web CoE and UX teams.
• Brief and manage creative production with Content Operations teams and Creative Centers of Excellence.
• Embrace and utilize AI tools to support and accelerate content creation.
• Develop high-quality master content to ensure efficient localization and translation.
• Actively contribute to process improvement as a full Scrum Team member.
• Optional: Opportunity to take on rotational Scrum Master responsibilities.

• Bachelor's degree required; postgraduate qualification in Marketing or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience.

• Strong content creation skills.
• Working knowledge of Agile (Scrum & Continuous Improvement).
• Excellent communication, creativity, collaboration, time management, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work remotely in a multicultural, matrix organization.
• Fluent English (verbal & written).
