Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor

What you'll do:

"Responsible for overseeing manufacturing engineering and process operations to ensure stable production, required quality levels, and optimal efficiency.
This role leads process improvement, supports pilot and mass production, and coordinates across cross-functional team"
"1. Manage daily manufacturing operations and manufacturing engineering activities.
2. Ensure stability of MFG ENG manpower, equipment, and manufacturing processes.
3. Monitor and analyze production performance indicators (efficiency, yield, downtime, defects).
4.Identify issues and drive corrective and preventive actions.
5. Promote safety awareness and enforce safe operating procedures."

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or above
Above 4 years production line management on final assembly and testing

Skills:

"1. Working experience in production line management
2. Good communcation skills
3. Familier with produciton layout design and Industrial engineering
4. Process automation development
5. MS Office skill"
