LVC Production Supervisor
What you'll do:
Manage all aspects of LVC manufacturing activities, and continuously improve safety production, on-time delivery, labor efficiency, product quality, and reduce WIP and finished goods inventory, in order to support the company's future low-voltage component sales targets.
-Responsible for overall performances of workshops used for LVC manufacturing, incl. Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Inventory.
-Responsible for implementing EHS policy into LVC manufacturing systematically, boosting safety in production, and ensure the annual security goals be met.
-Meet and beyond quality objectives, including but not limited to increase 1st pass yield and decrease after-sales rate caused by manufacturing problems year over year.
-Meet and beyond OTTR/OTTC objectives, including but not limited to increase production plan implementation rate and unit output volume year over year.
-Meet and beyond Cost objectives, including but not limited to increase labor and equipment utilization efficiency, and decrease scrap rate year over year.
-Meet and beyond inventory (WIP & FG) objectives, including but not limited to decrease unit WIP and FG turns year over year.
-Set up and maintain effective communication channel and mechanisms between manufacturing team and other functions like EHS, Planning, Logistic, Quality, ME, R&D and Procurement, and work together to resolve any problems that impact manufacturing.
-Responsible for reporting manufacturing data on time and accurately.
-Responsible for deployment 5S, SGA, RIE, and other Kaizen projects.
-Responsible for multi-skilled expanding to all operators) in various lines and department.
-Responsible for implementing Cooper culture to manufacturing team and promote the positive energy.
-Responsible for departmental staff management, supervision, coaching, motivation, assessment, departments, internal training to assist HR to complete the training.
-Draft the departmental budget, audit expenses of various areas and complete other duties assigned by the leadership
-Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications:
include or above bachelor
