Logistics Manager

What you'll do:

• Manage warehouse and import/export function, Provide timely customer service, Keep track of items so they can be found readily and correctly, Minimize the cost and efficiency of moving goods.
• Manage the company's inventory to ensure all of materials, FG and other stock parts are kept in good and safety condition. Controls inventory strictly at warehouse.
• Make sure inventory accuracy. Arrange regular cycle counting to reach company's KPI target. Manage annual stock count.
• Establish and maintain warehouse management system including work process, documentation, security, 5S, MRB & scraping material.
• Performs the efficient operations, the major activities involves: Receive goods, Dispatch goods to storage, Pick goods, Marshal the shipment, Dispatch the shipment, Operate the information system.
• Plan and organize the warehouse stock area and provide optimal utilization of the company's storage space. Works with Logistics to ensure delivery of the products well and timely.
• Improve import and export efficiency both of Suzhou and Shanghai. Controls and optimizes local charge/expense. Define operation process and perform it according to customs law and regulation to avoid any risk.
• Provides storage management report and data to the company's management team
• Develops and trains team, maintain the team's competency

• Bachelor degree or above
• Minumum 10 years work experience of logistics & warehouse in a manufacturing environment, whith 3 years in management role at least
  2 years of Import&export managment experience.
• Internation trade & import/export knowledge.
• Warehouse management skills
• Be familiar with ERP system and computer skills.
• Good English in reading, writing and speaking.
• Proactive, possessing initiative, driven with a 'can-do' attitude
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Good leadership, good team player and proven management expertise.
