Lead System Engineer

What you'll do:

As technical leader in the projects for CPQ 20-200kW 3PH platform and product deliverables to KA
Take charge of engineering spec closely aligned with MCR, system architecture, system concept and lead to fix technical issues and technical communication with customer especially for KA
1. Support PLM and discuss with customer as technical contact window to setup the MCR
2. Translate MCR into system technical specifications with PLM after considering multiple dimensions such as performance, cost, and reliability; flow down customer requirement to product design
3. Lead to do new requirement evaluation from customer, including schedule, cost and budget
4. Lead to select the system architecture and concept
5. Lead to set up integaration and test strategy in the project
6. Coordinate with cross function and resolve issues during the product development
7. Technical communication with customer especially for KA

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5 years + related working exeprience
• Familiar with common power electronic topologies; Have experiences for HW or system design, preferrable if with 3PH UPS, PV, EV changer, ESS or VFD products.
• Good English and collaboration skills, strong systematic thinking and problem-solving abilities
