Lead Hardware Engineer

What you'll do:
Lead 3 Phase UPS ETO development & project impletment
Lead 3 phase UPS ETO assessment( feasible sytem solution, design change, cost, schedule,budget...) and project impletment
Lead the relative techincal training for sales/FAE/service/customers/plant guys and peers
Lead to build the product family and optimize ETO process
Lead to write the technical documents (specification, user manual, service manual, installation guide,...)
Lead the quality issues analysis and customers' complaint handling
Lead the contious improvement activities and DFM for the plant
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or above degree in Electronic/Electrical related
5+ years' experience on 3 phase UPS or similar 3 phase products
Proficient in 3 phase UPS or similar 3 phase product design and application
Skilled in high-power system solution: such as power distribution, breakers/contactor/transformer/batteries configuration, PDU, MDC...
Familar with product development process
Familar with product standard and certification
Good English communication skills, both spoken and written.
Responsible, proactive and self-drive.
Good communication skills and collaborative style
