Lead Hardware Engineer

What you'll do:
1. Collects and understands marketing requirements, make and select proposal after the analysis these informations
2. Lead the system design of project, evaluates total solution including product cost, performance and technical feasibility, ensure the project meet the target.
3. Design the electric circuit, select component, and make sure all the parameter mee the requirement. also need to do some simulation for the new design.
4. Solve critical technical issue in NPD or quality complaint in time, also need to guide team so solve issues occured in project development
5. Lead the cross function issus resove, arrange the discussion if needed
6. Help new/Less seniority colleagues learn product knowledge and develop process
7. Contributes innovative idea, disclosure, and does pre-study, enhance the product competitiveness
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or above
Over 7 years power electronic product development experience
Familiar with power electrical and electronic knowledge, product, topology, circuit, component design
Familiar with product development process
Familiar with electronic product definition, application requirement. UPS related product experience is preferred
Skillful English speaking and writing
Excellent communication skills and collaborative style
Have the skills of simulation tools, such as PSIM, MATHCAD...
Responsible, proactive and self-drive.
