Lead Field Application Engineering

What you'll do:
- Provide customer-facing technical support and work closely with sales
- Bridge customer requirements with multiple factories, internal engineering team, R&D and marketing product teams
- Engage customers to understand needs and position solutions
- Deliver system design, product selection presentations, and solution proposals
- Assist in on-site troubleshooting, integration, and early-stage project execution
- Support for company and sales promotion activities, eg. Exhibition, industrial conference, and etc.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or related field
- 5+ years in power/energy industry
- Hands-on experience in system integration or technical support preferred
- Strong customer-facing and communication skills
- Solid technical understanding with solution mindset
