Lead Engineer - React Software Development

What you'll do:

• Hands-on Backend: C#8/9, ASP.net, webAPI, .NET, .NET Core, Entity Framework
• Hands-on Frontend: React, ASP.NET MVC
• Hands-on experience in writing Unit Test using XUNIT/MOQ framework. etc.
• Experience in development of Azure, Web APIs services will be added benefit
• Excellent knowledge of UML and other modelling tools
• Sound knowledge of design patterns, SOLID principles, Object oriented design principles, secure coding and cybersecurity best practices
• Good understanding of Software Quality Assurance Principles with an inclination to Test left philosophies
• Good understanding of Cybersecurity
• Proven ability to think beyond the present into the future to ensure software solution is upgradable and improved over time and should be able to think and execute beyond the spec.
• Understanding of how software solutions can be monetized based on features and customer deployments
• Proved ability to drive process frameworks and improvements (e.g. CMMI) including requirements management, defect tracking, build management, change management, CI/CD and configuration management tools

• Experience using SDLC management tools in a team environment (e.g. Jira, Git, etc.)
• Knowledge of Software FMEA and experience with deploying DFSS on software solutions will be an added benefit
• Experience working and leading scrum and SAFe Agile teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter with the ability to operate effectively with minimal supervision
• Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Experience collaborating with local / global suppliers for Software procurement, building test lab setups etc.
Desired:
• Good to have experience on IoT, web platform development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters in computer science / electronics/ E&TC/ Instrumentation engineering

Skills:

• 12 to 14 years of experience in SW development.

• Minimum 5 years of experience defining software architecture.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in C#, .Net core web API, Unit testing XUNIT/MOQ

• Minimum 3 years of experience in javascript, React and Typescript

• Experience with Enterprise software solutions that monitor Industrial applications along with understanding of what and which databases to use for optimal solution is a must have

• Experience providing software solutions in Electrical domain and awareness of applicable standards will be desired

• Experience working on software solutions that interact with embedded systems using industrial protocols like Ethernet/IP, TCP, Modbus, MQTT,AMQP would be desired

• Experience in developing and delivering microservices based architecture for cloud based solutions will be an added benefit

    • Extensive knowledge in software development and coding languages like (C# .Net Core, ASP.net MVC, React etc.)
    • Proficient with Javascript/typescript & its frameworks
    • Proficient with Agile concepts
    • Experience of development from customer requirement to final releases of web applications in global environment
    • Understanding of Microservices.
    • Excellent knowledge of software and application design across desktop, mobile and cloud deployment
    • Excellent knowledge of UML and other modelling tools
