What you'll do:

Eaton in Gävle plays a key role in commissioning and live service operations for a customer hyperscale data center projects. Our local teams ensure delivering cutting-edge Power Quality (UPS) and Power Distribution solutions (Transformers, Switchgears, Relay Protection) across low to high voltage systems. Be part of a dynamic and supportive environment where innovation meets reliability in critical infrastructure.

As Lead Electrician you will be responsible for the following activities and tasks:

• Lead installation and perform maintenance & commissioning, testing and fault finding of Eaton-manufactured MV and HV equipment.
• Act as the primary customer contact during project execution.
• Support and mentor other service engineers, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
• Collaborate with project management to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Installer background with suitable electrical education.
• Relevant working knowledge as Electrician.
• Proven experience in power distribution testing and commissioning.
• Ability to test and commission large Medium/High voltage installations, proficient with test equipment is advantage (Megger, Fluke, Omicron).
• Skilled in protection relay programming and testing is preferred.
• Professional level of Swedish and English language knowledge is a must.
• Driving license and able to travel if required.
