Lead Analyst - SIOP
What you'll do:
Lead Analyst SIOP is a strategic leader responsible for driving the evolution and effectiveness of Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) across the global organization. This role will champion the deployment of advanced SIOP processes, foster cross-functional alignment, and deliver measurable business outcomes. The position will lead transformational initiatives, optimize product portfolios, integrate financial and operational planning, and elevate process maturity to support long-term business objectives
"Strategic Leadership & Transformation:
Lead the global SIOP transformation agenda, setting vision, strategy, and execution plans in partnership with executive leadership and regional teams.
Drive adoption of benchmark SIOP models and processes, ensuring alignment with Integrated Business Planning (IBP) across all business divisions.
Serve as a change agent, influencing senior stakeholders and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Influence and align regional and global teams to deliver on transformation goals.
Portfolio & Complexity Optimization:
Oversee global product portfolio optimization, leveraging advanced analytics and complexity reduction methodologies.
Lead ambitious SKU rationalization projects, collaborating with Product Line Managers and cross-functional teams to acheiev the set targets
SIOP Metrics & Performance Management:
Establish and monitor enterprise-wide SIOP performance metrics, driving systematic improvement and accountability.
Sponsor initiatives to enhance metric performance across all SIOP steps, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
Advanced Demand & Supply Planning:
Lead the development of robust, multi-horizon constrained demand and supply plans (4-24 months), integrating business constraints and market intelligence.
Ensure operational execution is tightly aligned with strategic demand plans and capacity requirements.
Champion advanced Rough-Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) and scenario modeling.
Financial Integration & Business Impact:
Integrate SIOP outputs into unified financial forecasts, partnering with Finance and other key stakeholders.
Drive monthly reviews of sales and inventory forecast accuracy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and financial targets with clear documentation of risks and opportunities

Process Excellence & Standardization:
Architect and deploy standardized SIOP processes, tools, and RASIC frameworks globally.
Promote best practices, process harmonization, and maturity assessment across regions.
Lead cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and implement process improvements.
Qualifications:
Engineering Graduate with a Master's degree (MBA Operations/ SCM preferred).
"• 12+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, SIOP/S&OP, Inventory Management, and Materials Planning in global environments.
Skills:
• Demonstrated expertise in inventory analytics (MTO/MTS, ABC/XYZ classification), MRP, and replenishment planning.
• CPIM or equivalent certification preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, MFGPro), business warehousing, OBIEE, Power BI (DAX modeling), SQL, and Excel with VBA; knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure) is an advantage.
• Proven track record in leading large-scale transformation projects and cross-functional teams."
"• Proficient skills level ERP- SAP, MFGPro, Business warehousing, OBIEE, Power BI, Advance Excel (knowledge of SAP & BW is preferred).
• Proficient and good hands on exposure on ERP (Preferred SAP, Mfg. Pro)
• Hands-on experience in Power BI with DAX modelling, SQL & Excel with VBA (understanding cloud system like Microsoft Azure will be an added advantage)"
