Lead Analyst - Project and BPO Management

What you'll do:

"Responsible for GP and GCC APAC (not include India) Business Excellence and OpEx projects, driving continuous improvement across GP and GCC.
Manage BPO operations in APAC (not include India), ensuring outsourcing service providers deliver high-quality services aligned with business requirements."

"1)Manage Controllership SuZhou GP& GCC Strategic projects planning and other continues improvement projects to support GP&GCC long term and short term strategic objectives
2)Responsible for the execution of all ERP- and finance system-related projects, including Oracle, SAP, MFG/Pro, concur and banking platforms, etc. Act as the key interface with various IT teams to resolve system operational issues, and oversee system architecture and configuration, including access control and segregation of duties (SoD) conflict mitigation.
3)Facilitate the execution of Global GP/GCC project initiatives across APAC, with a particular emphasis on cross-functional coordination and developing ocalized solutions aligned with unique regional business needs.
4)Plan and drive continuse improvements for Controllership SuZhou GP& GCC processes by working with business team
5)Promote and leverage Eaton CI tools to drive CI projects, promote continuse improvement culture, build CI and digital capability in the GP& GCC
6) Uses digital technology and processes for creative problem solving and efficiencies, continuously builds digital skills within the orgnaization to simplify work processes
7)Will participate in, and potentially take the lead on, projects in other regions in alignment with management requirements.
8)Manage and monitor outsourcing service supplier's service quality and performance to meet global metrics and regional metrics target, conduct the regular operation review with both vendor and GP and GCC tower leaders, provide continuous coaching, training and guidance to outsource vendor for quality assurance.
9)Drive stakeholder satisfaction by working with both internal stakeholders and outsourcing vendor for better engagement, problem solving, issue escalation and customer compliant management,drive the performance improvement by working with internal team and service supplier in both China and India.

10)Ensure compliance of outsourced process in acordance to Eaton financial policies, process and procedures, internal and external audits, etc.
11)Lead the APAC Genpact transition project, while also participating in transition initiatives across other regions in alignment with Global Leadership Management's arrangements, leveraging global resources.

Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree and above
Minimum 10 years of (international) experience in finance/ accounting domain experience in multinational (manufacturing) corporation

"1)Solid knowledge of Finance & Accouting;
2)Good command of both written and oral English;
3)Experience of SAP, Oracle ERP & Financials;
4)Good knowledge of lean and continues improvement tools/methodology"
