What you'll do:
As Key Account Manager you will repesent Eaton and develop new business opportunities within in Utility, Renewable and energy distribution segment in Sweden. You will establish close relationship with decision makers, stakeholders and C-Level of key customers. You will be managing the entire customer's ecosystem, market analysis, defining the customer portfolio, building strong internal connections, developing action plans involving the Eaton organization (marketing, commercial and technical teams). Further responsibilities:
- Market insight
Build and maintain market and competitor analysis.
Gain knowledge of the relevant EU and Swedish regulations and Energy Transition Trends.
- Strategy and Account Planning
Define the targeted accounts, nurture and expand customers portfolio, design and execute the proper mid-long term strategy and development plan.
Build and maintain strong relationship with key stakeholders of the customers (system Integrators, panel builders, contractors, etc.).
Maximize cross selling of all Eaton portfolio of products, solutions and services.
- Demand Generation
Build the pipeline and closing revenue according to growth plans and large projects development in the segment.
Plan, organize and carry out product presentations, training and sales promotions (regional and national trade fairs).
Define value proposition and proper solution approach for the segment and for customers.
- Processes and Tools
Responsible for sales business processes within the segment and the full country organization, handling customer/project conditions within the company rules.
Manage regular (pipeline, growth, sales metrics) and ad-hoc reports on important market information, monthly forecast., proper recording in CRM.
Qualifications:
- Completed education, specialization in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is advantage.
- Extensive sales and business development OR customer facing strategic / technical experience in the energy infrastructure industry.
- Solid knowledge of the Energy/Power Distribution products and solution in medium voltage technology.
- Understanding of Swedish Utilities and Renewable market is a preferred.
- Native language Swedish and fluent written and spoken English skills, additional languages are advantage.
- Confident use of MS Office and CRM applications, other software skills are welcomed.
- Commercial savvy, target driven hunter and relationship builder.
- Driving license and flexibility in business traveling in Sweden.
- Good organization, communication and project management skills.
- Initiative and self-management skills, also good team player.
- Strong communicator with presentation skill and digital mindset.
