Junior Inside Sales Engineer Power Quality
What you'll do:
"The Inside Sales Engineer supports and executes ambitious growth for CZ/SK Power Quality department as a part of whole C&I team. This will be supported through the development and execution of the sales strategy by actively creating customer demand, loyalty and ensuring first class customer support through a great digital experience. Focus here is on PQ oriented customers within IT, DC and C&I markets.
He/she is supposed to enrich the customer and partner portfolios in line with the segment dynamic and Eaton growth strategy. Demand creation, pull and follow ups are to be done by ensuring first class customer support and proactive telesales and virtual selling. Main mission is to act as a link between PQ Leader/Key Account Managers (and Field Sales Engineers) and customers for CZ/SK Power Quality."
"Creates customer pull by actively executing remote (phone/virtual) sales plan. This includes calling & virtually meeting with PQ customers as well as central departments as product managers based on an agreed plan or schedule for following up on existing and new demand out of the DC & IT channel segment. Actively creates foundations for and nurtures deep customer relationships. Asks open questions in order to understand customer needs. Creates, nurtures, follows up and closes opportunities. Follows up on marketing campaigns targeting PQ customers (DC, IT, C&I) and system integrators via IT distributors. Documents all activities and opportunities in the CRM tool. Explains added value of Eaton products and solutions vs. competitors offer and value proposition. Coordinates and provides support to the relevant IT distributors regarding order status of referring projects. Review and interpret customer needs on plans and specifications.
Additionally coordinates, follow-up and supports strategy development & implementation internally and on the field together with PQ team. Initiates and manages specific (internal & external) projects related to PQ sales. Furthermore supports and drives cross- and upselling activities. Creating final offers and specifications."
Qualifications:
"Typically requires a (technical) high school diploma and job-related training or a post-secondary degree or diploma in sales or technical studies
Functional proficiency: English, ERP System, CRM. "
