Jr Customer service representative
Eaton's IS VEH EMB division is currently seeking a Jr Customer service representative.
What you'll do:
Primary Function:
To provide outstanding customer service and effective order management by ensuring accurate order processing, maintaining constant communication with customers, coordinating with internal departments to meet delivery requirements, and supporting daily operations to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Essential Functions:
1 Follow up on daily production lines to ensure timely shipment from the plant.
2 Serve as the primary liaison between Planning, Shipping, and the Customer to coordinate daily shipments.
3 Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries regarding order status, lead times, pricing, and related matters through phone calls and email communication.

4 Generate and maintain reports on open orders, sales, and other reports as required.
5 Enter and maintain customer orders accurately and efficiently in the system.
6 Process customer requests such as return orders, credit memos, and debit memos.
7 Ensure all activities comply with company policies, procedures, ethical standards, and legal requirements.
8 Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor and Management.

Qualifications:
Basic qualifications
Bachelor's degree required in adminstration, business, logistics, commerce, or related.
Years and area of experience required
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment.
Technical knowledge
- Professional working proficiency in English with the ability to communicate fluently and effectively in both verbal and written interactions with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
SAP knowledge preferred.
Soft skills
Responsible, strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
