IT Application Specialist

What you'll do:
The IT Specialist role will manage APAC regional business applications, including NeoCRM, MES, BIPO HR Payroll, GaiaWorks Time & Attendance, and the WeCom OA platform, with a focus on release management, test automation using Tosca, and performance monitoring and continuous improvement through ServiceNow. Key responsibilities will include:
• Application Support and Problem Management: Provide Level 2/3 support, troubleshoot complex issues, coordinate with vendors and global teams, and drive corrective actions for recurring problems.
• Test Automation: Build and maintain automated test suites for regression, integration, and functional testing; integrate Tosca into CI/CD pipelines; ensure execution, reporting, and defect management.
• Release Management: Plan and execute release cycles with regional product owners, maintain calendars and communication, and ensure release quality through validation, DevOps practices, and contingency planning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering; Master's preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
- Functional expertise in CRM and SAP applications
- Application test automation expertise, Tosca AS1/AS2 certified
- System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies
- Application release management setup and governance
- Application support process governance and IT support performance management; ITIL certification preferred
- Excellent proficiency in English (written and verbal)
