Eaton's ES AMER PCS division is currently seeking a Internship: Motor Control Centre (MCC) - 8 month - Airdrie, AB, Canada.

What you'll do:
What you'll do:
The successful candidate will assist the Marketing office with any / all engineering functions including, but not limited to, quotations, technical / product support, design & drafting, and order management.
Primary Responsibilities
• Assist with drafting - quotations, 3D design using Inventor.
• Assist with drafting - schematic diagrams using AutoCAD.
• Assist our design department with projects / single line and specification review.
• Assist our New Product Development process.
• Assist Eaton's channel partners with product information, project RFQ's, order support and day to day electrical inquiries.
• Supply support to our internal and external customers on all technical inquiries.
• Perform all job functions with adherence to Eaton's Values and Philosophy, as well as the Safety and Environmental Standards.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications
• Currently enrolled in an accredited Electrical, Mechanical or Power Systems Engineering or business-related Degree or Diploma Co-op program or its equivalent.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship.
• This position does not offer relocation. Candidates must reside within 120 kms of the work location.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in manufacturing electrical power distribution and/or control products.
• 3D design using Inventor or Revit experience is considered an asset.
• Previous Electrical or customer service experience is considered an asset.
• Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving skills and time management capabilities.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
• Passion for innovation & continuous improvement, and willingness to challenge status quo.
