Integration Executive Administrative Assistant
Eaton is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to support acquisition integration leadership. This role provides direct administrative and coordination support to the Integration Leader and Integration Team, enabling efficient execution of integration priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
This position will be based in Moon Township, PA or Beachwood, OH - candidates must be local and commutable to this location as relocation assistance is not available. Minimal travel is expected.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $71000 - $105000 a year.

• Coordinate calendars, meetings, and domestic/international travel for integration leaders and stakeholders
• Prepare and consolidate integration presentations and materials for leadership and steering committee meetings
• Plan and execute large-scale integration events, including site visits, workshops, and leadership engagements
• Support integration reporting, dashboards, and leadership communications
• Prepare and reconcile T&E and related expense reports
• Partner with other administrative professionals to support broader administrative needs
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of experience as an executive or administrative assistant, or in program/integration support
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word)
• Must reside within 50 miles of Beachwood, OH or Pittsburgh, PA (active-duty military exempt); No relocation offered

Preferred Qualifications
• Associate's Degree
• Minimum 5 years supporting executive-level leaders or complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Experience within a multi-billion dollar, multinational organization
• Experience supporting M&A, integrations, or large transformation programs
• Exposure to operations, engineering, manufacturing, or corporate integration teams
Skills:
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• High reliability, professionalism, and ethical standards
• Proactive and adaptable with the ability to manage shifting priorities
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
