Indirect Material Buyer

What you'll do:
The incumbent will play a pivotal role in supporting regional indirect sourcing initiatives by working closely with Regional Category Managers, Shenzhen plants and suppliers. This position is responsible for Facility category procurement end-to-end, including RFx execution, supplier engagement, contract& PO management and so on;
1. Deal with internal departments to handle Facility procurement demands (including but not limited to Decoration, Electrical facilities, property rental and other facility service requests) and assist them in standardizing requirements.
2. Assist category managers in supplier sourcing and continuous optimization of the supplier pool. Be responsible for supplier onboarding, maintenance, and submission for system approval.
3. Execute RFx (RFI, RFQ, RFP) process, price comparison, cost verification, and business negotiations, ensure efficiency and achieve cost out target.

4. Complete procurement contract drafting and system approval, ensure terms are compliant and accurate.
5. Issue purchase orders, follow up on approvals and PO delivery. Update internal customers and suppliers on progress in a timely manner to ensure on-time delivery.
6. Follow up on project implementation progress, coordinate issues and exceptions, participate in project acceptance, and verify acceptance documents.
7. Be responsible for invoice collection, document sorting, payment application, data statistics, and filing.
8. Undertake daily supplier management, collect and organize supplier performance evaluation data, and assist in completing quarterly and annual supplier assessments.
9. Strictly implement the company's procurement policies and procedures to ensure procurement work is compliant, efficient, and cost-control"
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; Engineering backgroud preferred.
3+ years of experience in indirect procurement; Facility procurement experience strongly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Skilled in e-sourcing tools (E-RFQ, E-Auctions);"
- Familiar with the contract terms, relevant laws and regulations related to Decoration, Electrical facilities, property rental.
- Able to read construction CAD drawings, bill of quantities and Material specification; Familiar with material prices and constuction costs. Understand construction techinques and sccptance standards.
- Problem solving and analytical thinking: Analyze sourcing challenges and deliver practical, data-driven solutions, and inerpret complex data and extract actionable business insights to support strategic decisions.
- Time Management: Skilled at managing multiple sourcing projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and effectively prioritizing tasks based on urgency and impact.
