Human Resources Director - Functions, Transformation, & Distribution Centers - ESA
Eaton's Electrical Sector Americas (ES-A) group is currently seeking an HR Director - Functions, Transformation & Distribution Centers to join our team. This position can be based at the following Eaton locations: Moon Township PA, Beachwood OH, Milwaukee WI, Raleigh NC or Charlotte NC. Relocation within hiring country is offered only to the Moon Township location.
Position Overview:
The position leads HR for ESA's central functions, such as Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Distribution Centers. Acting as a strategic advisor to four functional leaders, this person collaborates on designing and implementing HR initiatives aimed at meeting both short-term and long-term business goals, including talent management, succession planning, and enhancing organizational effectiveness. The position also works closely with change management teams and division HR leaders to support organizational transformation.

Job Responsibilities:
• Serve as a strategic advisor to the ES-A functional leaders in Finance, Engineering, Manufacturing, Program Management and Supply Chain
• Develop, align & deploy functional strategies to achieve near and long-term business objectives through talent, culture and structural initiatives
• Identify, acquire and/or develop the organizational capability needed to advance the business' competitive position
• Own succession planning and high-potential development, ensuring a robust leadership pipeline.
• Lead competitive compensation and recognition programs that reinforce performance, motivation, and retention
• Shape a culture of trust, inclusion, and accountability throughout the central functions
• Responsible for elevating the HR function through operational excellence and continuous improvement through EBS tools
• Drive data cleansing for HR technology platforms for efficiency and data-driven decision-making
• Serve as liaison between ESA and Corporate/Electrical Sector teams
• Manage restructuring actions as part of our multi year program to ensure targets are achieved and actions are implemented consistently across the business.
• Partner closely with OCM leader and division HR leaders to drive change and executeO4G talent strategy.
• Oversight of Cherrington HQ campus, including employee experience, facilities & EHS
• 25 percent travel anticipated
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum ten (10) years of professional HR experience
• Experience leading HR for multiple sites and/or distributed workforce
• Experience in a manufacturing environment

The expected annual salary range for this role is $165000 - $242000 a year. This role is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
