What you'll do:
- Develop, implement, and administer human resource policies, HR strategies, employee development programs, C&B and services for the MG Pyungtek Plant. Foster and promote positive employee relations, which contribute to the attainment of the MG strategic and profit plans, while working within the principles of the Eaton Business System.
- Support the HR manager to establish an atmosphere of union avoidance strategies with HR Team.
- Communication and relationship with employees (ER)
- Develop and maintain HR system of company including Eaton system
- Report and analysis HR trend of Company - Training, Turnover rate etc.
- Implementation and Analysis of employee satisfaction - Employee Survey
- Analysis for Compensation & Benefits
- I&D related communications for AP Region
- Manage I&D team and delivery engagement activities with I&D Team
- Maintain relationships with local sources of recruitment and employee welfare
- Direct, implement and promote the plants' policies.
- Work with legal resources to ensure that all human resources policies and procedures are in compliance with applicable laws and legislation.
- Coordinate the discipline of all employees to ensure that it is administered consistently and equitably.
- Act as a resource and/or guide for managers dealing with personnel issues. Recommend course of action for "problem" or "marginal" employees. Counsel employees and/or managers when necessary.
- Represent employee interests in operating decisions.
- Understand and apply to Eaton Business System - HR function and Plant wide program
- Maintain Personnel records, HR information management
- Objectively recruit, select, and place qualified individuals for administrative, technical, professional, and managerial positions
- Support Plant's admin

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Human resources, Law, Business or a related field are preferred
- Minimum of 10 years extensive experience HR field in manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of Korean labor laws
- Good verbal and written communication skills (Korean and English)
