What you'll do:
- Maintaining HR documentation in accordance with applicable labor law regulations, including:
-preparation and updating of HR documentation, such as employment contracts, amendments, employment certificates, etc.,
-maintaining employee personnel files,
-monitoring validity of medical examinations and ensuring their timely completion.
- Entering and updating data in HR and payroll systems.
- Recording and settling employees' working time (shift systems) in compliance with labor law regulations.
- Participation in the creation of company work schedules.
- Monitoring changes in labor law and implementing them within the organization.
- Administration and coordination of employee benefits (e.g., medical care, sports card).
- Supporting job evaluation processes and organizational structure updates.
- Participation in preparation of data for salary planning and annual increases.
- Preparation and analysis of reports related to working time settlement and HR administration in compliance with Polish regulations (Labor Code, Social Insurance Institution - ZUS, Tax Office - US, National Labour Inspectorate - PIP), as well as Eaton's internal policies.
- Handling employee inquiries regarding HR and administrative processes.
- Cooperation with other company departments, including payroll, finance, and management.
- Participation in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:
- University degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR administration and working time accounting
- Very good knowledge of labor law, social security regulations, and working time systems
- Experience working with HR and payroll systems
- Highly developed communication and analytical skills
- Accuracy, attention to detail, punctuality, and ability to work under time pressure
- Good command of English (minimum intermediate level, with full independence in communication with English-speaking individuals)
- Growth mindset and willingness to continuously learn
- Proficiency in MS Office, including advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge of the Płatnik system
- Familiarity with job evaluation methods, salary structure design, payroll budgeting, and compensation & salary increase systems will be an additional advantage
- Project management skills
